Policies
Payment:
I accept cash, checks and PayPal payments (this includes debit and credit card payments made through PayPal). Payments are due within 3 business days of your purchase. Items will be shipped out after the payment has been verified and cleared (within 5 business days of receipt of payment). If you wish to cancel your transaction for any reason, you may do so within the first 3 days of the purchase date (before the payment is due). Shipping Shipping Methods:
I ship using UPS and First Class USPS. Purchases will be shipped out within 5 days of receipt of payment. Upon your purchase, you may request an upgrade in shipping (i.e. Fed Ex or expedited shipping), however you will be billed for any additional shipping costs. Please specify any shipping upgrade requests when completing your purchase.
Gifted Items:
Purchases can be shipped as a gift to another address. Gift boxes are available (See Additional Information for more info).
Packaging Information:
Items are packaged neatly wrapped in tissue paper with other standard shipping materials as necessary.
International Shipping:
I do not ship internationally at this time. Refunds and Exchanges Returns:
My goal is 100% satisfaction but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will accept returns for up to 30 days of the delivery date. I will be happy to give you a full refund of your original purchase price (minus the return shipping fees) once I receive the product back from you. I will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error.
All items must be returned in the original packaging in an unused condition. Any items that are not washed following the care instructions may cause shrinkage or other damage and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made through PayPal (no checks will be issued). You will be notified of your refund status after I receive the items and process your return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the receipt of the returned item.
Returns of Collections or Set:
If an individual item from a set needs to be returned for a refund, the entire set must be included in the return shipment. I do not offer refunds for individual items of a set.
Exchanges:
Acceptable reasons for exchange are: items that are damaged during shipping, incorrectly sized items, or items of the wrong color. Items that can be exchanged will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Exchanges need to be returned in the original packaging (excluding gift wrapped items) in an unused condition. Any items that are not washed following the care instructions may cause shrinkage or other damage and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges from Collections or Sets:
If an item from a set needs to be exchanged, the individual item can be returned for the same replacement item. Additional Policies and FAQs Gift Boxes
Gift boxes are available for $4.95. I will wrap the item(s) in tissue paper and then pack them in a gift box with a matching ribbon. Tissue and coordinating ribbon color choices are: blue, purple, or pink.
Custom Items:
Items can be customized, please ask me any question about customization. Customization will be reviewed on a case by case basis and will be reviewed within 3 business days. Specific fabrics can be chosen to make any of the items for sale. Please allow 2-3 weeks for customized items.
